Orders & Payments

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Taab accepts UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All payments are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant gateways.

  • Can an order be modified after placing it?
    Orders can be edited or canceled within 30 minutes if they haven’t entered processing. Reach out with the order number; we’ll confirm the status.

  • I didn’t receive a confirmation email/SMS.
    Please check spam/promotions. If it’s missing after 15 minutes, contact support with the payer name, amount, and time.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship?
    We ship across India. For international requests, write to us and we’ll share feasibility and charges.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Ready‑to‑ship items dispatch in 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days based on location. Custom sizing adds 3–5 working days.

  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking link is emailed/SMSed after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to update after pickup.

  • What are the shipping charges?
    Free shipping on prepaid orders over a threshold (set on the shop page). Actual charges are shown at checkout for other orders.

Sizing & Customization

  • How do Taab sizes run?
    Our kurtis follow a relaxed, straight fit. Refer to the size chart on each product page. When between sizes, choose the larger for ease.

  • Do you offer custom sizing?
    Yes. Share bust, waist, hip, shoulder, armhole, sleeve length, and kurti length. Custom pieces are made‑to‑order and are non‑returnable unless defective.

  • Can the length or sleeve be adjusted?
    Yes—minor adjustments like hem length or sleeve length can be requested before production.

Products & Care

  • What fabrics do you use?
    Breathable, skin‑friendly fabrics like premium cottons and blends chosen for drape and comfort.

  • Will colors bleed or fade?
    We use quality dyes and finishing. Wash darks separately for the first few washes and follow care instructions.

  • How should I wash my kurti?
    Gentle machine wash cold or hand wash. Use mild detergent, do not wring, dry in shade, and warm iron on reverse. Avoid bleach.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • What is the return policy?
    Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with tags intact. Custom‑sized items are not eligible unless defective/damaged on arrival.

  • How do I request a return or exchange?
    Email or message with order number, item, and reason. We’ll arrange pickup where available or share a return address. Once quality check is complete, we process exchange or refund.

  • How long do refunds take?
    Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after QC, and may take another 2–5 working days to reflect depending on the bank.

  • Received a damaged/incorrect item?
    Report within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video and the shipping label. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.

Offers, Gift Cards & Packaging

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes—add a note at checkout. Gift messages can be included.

  • Are gift cards available?
    Digital gift cards are available in preset or custom amounts and are redeemable on our website.

  • Can multiple offers be combined?
    Unless stated, one promo/discount can be applied per order.
