We want every Taab purchase to feel perfect. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase: Order number and invoice required.
Exclusions: Custom-sized/altered pieces, sale/clearance marked “Final Sale,” gift cards, and items with hygiene concerns are not eligible unless received damaged/defective.
Window & Timelines
Return/exchange request: Within 7 days of delivery.
Pickup/dispatch: We’ll schedule a pickup where serviceable; otherwise ship to our return address within 3 days of approval.
Quality check (QC): 2–3 working days after the product reaches us.
Refund initiation: Within 3–5 working days post-QC. Bank display times may add 2–5 working days.
What we offer
Exchange: Size or style exchange of equal value (subject to stock). If the new item costs more, pay the difference; if less, we issue store credit.
Refund: Issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders; COD refunds are via bank transfer or store credit.
Store credit: Valid for 12 months from issuance.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share unboxing photos/video and the outer shipping label; we’ll prioritize a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
First exchange/return on an order: One complimentary reverse pickup where available.
Non-serviceable pin codes or additional exchanges: Customer-borne shipping; we’ll share the return address and packing guidelines.
Include: Item(s), reason, clear photos (full garment, tag, and issue if any), and preferred resolution (refund/exchange/store credit).
Pack securely: Keep tags attached and include the invoice in the parcel.
Fit & Customization
Custom-sized/altered items are final-sale (non-returnable) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Sizing assistance is available before purchase; share bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, and length for guidance.
Color & Print Variation
Minor color/print variations may occur due to screen settings and artisanal techniques. These are not considered defects.
Non-Delivery / RTO
If delivery fails due to unreachable/incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). We can reship after address confirmation; reshipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or edited within 30 minutes of placing the order if they haven’t moved to processing. After that, please raise a return once delivered.
Refund Modes
Prepaid: Back to original source (card/UPI/net banking).
COD: Store credit or bank transfer (share account details securely by email).
Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift wrap are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Care & Use
Please follow wash-care instructions. Damage due to wear and tear, washing errors, or misuse is not eligible for return.
